Energy Certification
To the calculation of Energy Certificate we use software Namirial Termo 2.2 - produced by Microsoftware.
Namirial Termo has specific validation releazed 27 July 2012 by Comitato Termotecnico Italiano.
We use standard calculate to new buildings and restructuration, and calculate from metric measurements method for existing buildings,
based on real energy consuption, or estimation (semplified procedure).
Then we release Energy Certificate, technical report and an information letter to explain the possibilities and responsability about energy subject.
